Gheara is associated with the Chinese mob
While million Romanians are heavy taxes - laden, the State close its eyes when
come the illegal businesses, being damaged with astounding amounts of money.
From this situation take advantages some businessmen who earn enormous fortunes
from the underworld economy.
Today we present you Nicu Gheara connections with the Chinese Mob crystallized
in Romania. These are connections revealed by a newspaper investigation. But
the only ones entitled to unravel these interlope world connections.
Gheara associated with the Chinese mob
The
redoubtable business man obtains huge incomes from the Europa en-gross, the
Chinese tax dodgers heaven where the State ha no authority
"Jurnalul National" disclosed connections and happenings that took
place for many years under the contemplative eyes of the Authorities. These
are only a few signals from a newspaper investigation. The rest has to be taken
care by the State institutions. Financial Guard, Police, Prosecutors Office
tolerate an interlope world which influences directly and by implications tens
thousands of Romanians, and especially through Romania in an absolute promiscuity.
The networks created by the Italian mob, Chinese Unions or "red mob"
from Russia include Romania for many years. All these groups created cells in
Romania enrolling also Romanian citizens.
This material takes the radiography of a hidden world, where at the same table
are sitting members of an organized crime international groups and Romanian
businessmen.
The central character is Nicu Gheara (47 years old, A-Romanian, born in Medgidia),
whose name was mentioned in modeling industry, sport, mass media but also in
the biggest scandals of the gang autochthon world.
Nicu Gheara name is associated with all social events in Romania. National sport
broadcasting, Miss Romania contests or fashion festivals are taking place under
his auspices and of his company. But Nicu Gheara empire has some hidden parts
also.
The expansion of this terifiant empire couldn’t be possible without the
complicity of important politicians, policemen and prosecutors. If these would
have been resist the material temptation or wouldn't been afraid, Nicu Gheara
couldn’t become a kind of national scarecrow.
In fact, politicians, policemen and persecutors are guiltier than Gheara himself.
Somebody else would have taken care of this underground area of society if Ghera
didn't exist. Nicu Gheara is the result of a corrupt and sick system and the
solution for getting out of this infernal is to clean this system.
This is the message that the USA ambassador, Michael Guest transmitted us in
Bucharest, gnashing. American diplomat noticed the nightmare instigated by some
dubious individuals, crushes the citizens of this country: "Romanians live

State in State: -The Vespiary: Europa En-gross
We present a dangerous association of Nicu Gheara with the Chinese Ye Feng, called Fun. Feng is feared among the Chinese, and he built as a image the modern mob type: short and chunky, wearing a black suit, sun glasses with the same color, long hair in a tail, driving a black shiny Jaguar. Nicu Ghera came into contact with the Chinese from the Commercial En-gross Complex Europa, from Voluntari near Bucharest. Gheara took over a part of the business initiated by the ex-chief of Foreigners and Passports Department, colonel Constantin Salitra. The officer died in strange circumstances in a car accident and in consequence Nicu Gheara inherited the Chinese business.
Modern Slaves
Small
traders were and still are more alike modern sclaves. They received as a loan
from China the money for the journey to Romania, some merchandise and money
necessary for documents or guides-in case they are not coming legal in the country.
After their installation in Romania, the Chinese had to give back the loan but
also the interest for this. Who doesn't respect the deal is sever punished for
this, the organized crime groups from China, which control the entire business,
have their trusted representatives in Romania. Those are organized also in-groups
according to their interests area and provenience.
The "Swallow" Group
One
of these groups, very powerful since 1993-1994, is the "Swallow" group
- called this way because of its female boss Guo Yanping. "Swallow"
has at her disposal a shock troop composed only from Chinese at the beginning,
with a back-up in China because she belongs to a crime union from Beijing and
a few relatives among the communist authorities. The shock troop consists in
three Chen brothers and Ye Feng. Chen brothers participated to different actions
typically of the mob: crimes, taking hostages and collecting protection taxes.
In 1994, the group "Swallow" was making the laws for the Chinese but
imposed with the rifle in the hands. Many Chinese bodies discovered in the suitcases
or boiled until the flash left the bones have the signature of this group. At
this moment, none of Chen brothers it is any longer in Bucharest. The only one
left firmly in the Capital is Ye Feng. To a certain point he was considered
the "Swallow’s bodyguard.
Ye Feng Limited Inc. Companies
From trusted sources we found out that Ye Feng is in Romania since 1992. He started right away his business and had activated in the "Swallow" group for many years. The first companies associated first with his name are registered in year 1997. It's about the Limited Inc. Companies Four Star Trade and August 2000.
The Chinese from Cochirleanca
Hu Anrong, the business partners, deserves a little more attention because for the time being he is not in the country. He is the owner of more companies, one of them in Cochirleanca, and another one with a Syrian partner from Bucharest. the Chinese from Capital know Hu Anrong from different circumstances. He cashed in without any receipt from En-gross Complex traders (also at Bucharest periphery) over 500 000 dollars and after that he disappeared without any trace. His co-nationals are still looking for him to take back their money.
Ye Feng-Nicu Gheara Connection
In
1998, Feng decided that is time to amount his portfolio with another company.
He opened an exchange office called "Punguta cu doi bani", where he
is co-share holder with a company that could not be found in the Commerce Book
and that had the location at Feng's home. It is about Alimex Com, mentioned
as tour-operator on Internet.
But year 2000 brought him the most profitable business. Ye Feng became Gheara's
indirect partner, at City Town Company-another En-gross for Chinese. Feng is
directly associated with Margareta Mihaela Gheara (Nicu Gheara' wife) and Nicolae
Daniel Pepy, right-hand man of Gheara. So, Feng, known for different associations
with local organized crime reached to the point to share the losses and the
benefits in business directly with Nicu Gheara.
Incidents with Dumitru - "Niro"
In
this context, we have to mention that for a few years, there is a rivalry witch
conducted to violent fights between Nicu Gheara group and an ex- partner of
Salitra colonel, Nicu Dumitru called "Niro". The last one retired
from the Europa Complex when his partner died but opened also an En-gross for
Chinese.
In fact, "Niro" is associated with the important characters of the
Chinese business community from Romania, such as Xiaoping, the leader of the
Chinese businessmen from Romania. More than that, "Niro" travels often
in Chine where he came into political and business contacts. "Niro"'s
going up convinced Gheara to associate with Feng, hoping to have a bigger control
over the Chinese community.
City Town-tax dodgers En-gross
The
Chinese who have booths in City Town explained us what Feng business is about.
They pay monthly almost 600 dollars rent for each booth, but the receipt is
for only 50 dollars. In this way, a couple of hundreds Chinese who have booths
in this En-gross have to practice at their turn the tax evasion, because the
rest of the money has to be obtained some how. And this comes from undeclared
merchandise.
Y Feng collects hundred thousands dollars every month, only from the booths
and warehouses rent, which are not declare anywhere. The controls made here
and in the whole Complex are foredoomed to failure from the very beginning.
The controllers are kept in front of the gates until the Chinese are warned,
collect their products and closed their window shutters. They leave the En-gross
in a hurry through the back gate where, surprisingly, nobody waits for them,
neither Police, neither Financial Guard nor other control authorities.
In love with Spain
Ye Feng have another mutual interest with Gheara. The Chinese goes often in Spain where he has a wife, and Nicu Gheara has there a house, at Ibiza in Baleares Islands. According to some Chinese that used to work for Feng, he was transporting a high amount of cash in Spain where he bought already 2 properties.
The Crime Unions: Hunted in China, USA and Canada, the mob men invaded East Europe
The
Chinese waves who entered in Romania for business in 1989 brought also a great
number of organized crime groups. Thee group have nothing to do with the Chinese
triads with bases in Hong Kong or Macao, but with origin in continental China.
Practically, every Chinese provenience has its own "black societies”,
as the local criminal unions are being called also. Ex-police men and even communist
politicians from the China provinces government are part of that unions.
At the end of year 2000, these criminal societies were so many that the Chinese
Government trusted 1 million policemen the task to eradicate them. Officially
the operation was called "The Attack and Suprimation of Black Societies
and criminals". This determined many members of these criminal unions to
live China. The favorite destination of the fugitives was the north-American
continent (USA and Canada).
After the enforcing of the security measures after the attacks from 11th of
September 2001, many Chinese criminals -choose East Europe, where the police
forces are not ready yet to fight efficient against organized crime. Romania
became one of the favorite Chinese destinations, who either live here or migrated
further to West Europe.
According to the UNO (United Nations Organization) experts in the organized
crime field, the Chinese unions are specialized in international drugs and human
beings traffic. In Romania, the Chinese unions extension was facilitated by
the fact that over 10000 Chinese came for business, but they couldn’t
adapt the local conditions.
Feng Businesses: Garages from the Lake Shore
Following Feng traces, we discovered one of his activity not so well known. This is not registered and is a total mystery. It is about an ex-auto garage on Fundeni Lake shore, more precisely on Zalelor Street. To reach this mysterious garage, you have to cross a garbage field at the periphery of some ghettos from Doamna Ghica.
The Mysterious Trucks
At first look the place seems to be abandoned but after a few hours of watching showed us an intensive activity. At least one time in an hour, on the plank extremely guarded trucks with goods were coming and always they had ahead some taxis to open their way. The trucks are parked on the generous dray where every day is at least five of these vehicles. Far away you can see a high warehouse, very rusty and in front of that are left the trucks some of them not entirely unloaded before they went out of the garage.
"Space
Olimp" Jeep
This kind of fidgetiness is at last bizarre, taking into account that the place
doesn't look like a warehouse, being left in totally desolation, and the area
is far from looking like a commercial one. When you are about to enter in the
garage you can discover in the yard a very capacious villa painted in strident
pink very well guarded. The people from the neighborhood told us that Feng seems
to leave in that villa. "It is a Chinese rather chunky, with long hair
in a tail, who comes here every night" told us an old man who burrows all
day long into the garbage. A lot of Chinese are coming in the garage yard.
We could see except the trucks which are waiting in line to be unloaded, a Jeep
with "Space Olimp" written on it-Nicu Gheara property.
Contraband,
illegal and "muscles packets"
Sources from the Chinese community from Bucharest said about the garage that
is used by Feng for different smugglers, including some interesting ones for
the Anti-drugs Brigade and Organized Crime and Corruption Combat Direction (DCCOC).
The same sources, in the same area are hidden Chinese citizens illegal in our
country, before they obtain the papers, but also some "muscles packets"
brought for the security and protection companies subordinated to Gheara.
Garage neighbors: Ye Feng and Bosanceanu from PSD
We
observed very carefully the garage problem where seems to be the headquarter.
The garage from Fundeni Lake shore is part of the ex-company Transcom, divided
after the Revolution in two transport companies. It is about Transport Gherase
and Transport Colentina, that each has a garage. The two garages, same capacity,
are not far on from another. First one is on Gherase Road, the second on Zalelor
Street, few hundreds meters far.
BOSANCEANU. Transport Gherase company is own 90% by the company Histria International,
property of Bosanceanu from Constanta and to a Cypriot off-shore, Dhube Shipping
Ltd. Gheorghe Bosanceanu is at the moment the owner of more road and see transport
companies. Also he managed to take over the dockyard bought also trough the
Cypriot off-shore. Bosanceanu is an important member of PSD and local sponsor
of the party. Among others, he owns the football club Farul Constanta.
YE FENG. Transport Colentina company, whose garage is the one on the lake's
shore and has two legal shareholders: SIF Muuntenia and Trans Zalelor Association,
and also a list-type with 22% of the company. From our information, Feng owns
the company using a man that has problems with the law, G. Gheorghe. At the
company location, Feng is well known, and the secretary advised us to look for
him at the garage near the lake, where he spends a lot of time. We couldn't
help to notice one thing: the general manager of Transport Colentina company,
Marin Stefan, born in Fierbinti village, has the address used by Feng for his
companies: Chirstigiilor Street, bloc P36! (Stefan Candea, Paul Cristian Radu)
